When you bring your device to Location Lou-Pro for repair, one deposit per item is required. This deposit is payable as soon as you bring your device in for repair. This deposit corresponds to the estimated cost and is deductible from the repair. When an estimate is made, the technical supervisor telephones you to obtain your agreement:

If you refuse to have the unit repaired, the estimate fee is non-refundable.

If you accept the estimate, the device will be repaired and the estimate fee will be deducted from your bill

We guarantee our labor and parts for a period of 30 days from the date of invoice for your repair, except for electronic parts.

Often people think that everything is guaranteed, but know that your device requires basic maintenance like your car and that it is not part of the guarantee.
For customers who buy their products at Location Lou-Pro, the warranties are automatically registered and no file opening fee is required.

Pick-up and delivery costs are never covered by the warranty.

Belts, Spark Plugs, Shear Bolts (Sheerbolt) are not covered by warranty,

If it's not a warranty issue, we'll call you with an estimate and if you don't have your device repaired, an estimate fee will apply. For devices purchased elsewhere, it is absolutely necessary to present an invoice with the date, model and serial number and an account opening fee of $35 will apply and will not be refundable, even if your device is covered by warranty.
