The STIHL TSA 500 cut-off saw is a powerful battery-powered machine designed for professional use in landscaping, construction, rescue and firefighting. Powered by two AP 500 S batteries, it delivers robust, versatile cutting performance on materials such as steel, concrete, brick and natural stone, indoors and outdoors, thanks to its emission-free operation.

Its high-efficiency EC motor is quiet, produces little vibration and is subject to very little wear. An electronic control system ensures constant power throughout the battery cycle. An integrated magnetic filter protects the motor from metal dust, ensuring a long service life and easy cleaning, even with frequent use on steel.

The TSA 500 B is easy to use thanks to its ergonomic control handle, digital interface, ADVANCE PLUS module with integrated STIHL Smart Connector and clear LED display. Its ergonomic, sturdy handles provide precise control. It is compatible with 14-inch cutting wheels for a cutting depth of up to 5 inches, and various wheel options are available depending on the application.

An energy-recovery wheel brake stops the wheel in a few seconds and recharges the battery. The standard water connection effectively reduces dust, and the adjustable magnesium guard with integrated water guide improves visibility and protection.
